Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with a focus on data or software engineering. You must be enrolled as a student until at least the last planned day of your internship.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Experience with one or more programming and scripting languages (Python and SQL are of advantage; Go is a nice-to-have).
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data processing issues.
- Contribute to and support our product teams in the design and development of new data products, embracing data mesh principles to ensure data quality and smooth data exchange.
- Bring in your own ideas into the design of new or improved data products and transform them into end-to-end proof-of-concept solutions in the cloud.
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive, easy-to-follow technical documentation.
- Organize communication with our stakeholders and support the documentation of our data products.
- Support the management, maintenance, and requirements engineering of our applications, as well as create and enhance communication material.
Description
We in the Team Data, Analytics & AI aim to put our customers at the center of our work. Currently, we are developing the next generation of our global parts pricing system in the cloud to integrate automation and data-driven decision-making processes. By harnessing data from our global workshop network, we continuously improve our customers' service experience, make strategic business decisions, and effectively steer various After-Sales processes. We work in self-organized, interdisciplinary, and agile teams with IT and business colleagues.
The Mandatory Internship can start from August/September 2025. We welcome applications from candidates interested in developing skills in areas such as data analysis, problem-solving, cloud computing, and technical writing.
